These Terms of Sale and Use explain the rules that apply when you visit wizyguides.com, use our website, purchase a WizyGuides product or contact us.

6. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased PDF guide or guides.

Please download and save your file after purchase.

You are responsible for saving a copy of the purchased file on your own device or secure storage. Download access may be subject to technical or security limits.

If you have a problem downloading or opening a file, contact contact@wizyguides.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve verified delivery issues.

You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, whether or not you have downloaded the guide.

8. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a WizyGuides digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to download and use that product for your own private use.

You may:

- Download and save your purchased PDF.
- Read the guide on your personal devices.
- Print the guide or practical worksheets for your own personal use.
- Refer to the guide again for your own private use.

You may not:

- Share the PDF, download link or file with another person.
- Upload the guide to a public or private website, drive, platform, social network, marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense, transfer or commercially exploit the guide.
- Copy substantial portions of the guide into another product, course, article, website, newsletter, social post or AI system.
- Remove copyright, licence, source, logo or ownership notices.
- Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from the guide for distribution or commercial use.
- Use WizyGuides content to train, fine-tune or build a commercial AI model, dataset or competing product without prior written permission.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the guide, its copyright or any other intellectual-property right to you.

9. Intellectual Property

WizyGuides owns or licenses the original content made available through the website and its products, including original written content, guide structure, worksheets, product descriptions, visual design, logos, graphics and website copy.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The name WizyGuides, associated logos and visual identity is protected by copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual-property rights.
