Digital Products Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every WizyGuides purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If a guide is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Our guides are digital products, so there is no physical item to return.

This guarantee applies whether or not you have downloaded the guide. It also applies to guides purchased during a sale or with a discount code.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@wizyguides.com within 30 days of purchase.

Please include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The name of the guide or bundle purchased.

You may tell us why the guide was not right for you, but this is not required to request a refund. Feedback helps us improve future guides.

What Happens Next

We will review your request and confirm the refund by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider or payment service may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Download or File Problems

If you cannot download your guide, cannot open the PDF, received the wrong item, or accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact contact@wizyguides.com.

We will help resolve the issue by resending the correct file, providing a replacement download where appropriate, or issuing a refund.

Please download and save your file after purchase.

Refund Requests After 30 Days

After 30 days, purchases are no longer covered by the WizyGuides Money-Back Guarantee.

If you experience a technical delivery problem, receive the wrong item or believe you were charged twice, contact us at contact@wizyguides.com. We will review the issue and do our best to help.

Exchanges

WizyGuides products are digital PDF guides. We do not offer exchanges for digital files.

If you purchased a guide that is not right for your situation, you may request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and choose another guide separately.

This policy is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
