TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern the purchase of digital products (PDF guides) offered by WizyGuides ("we", "us", "our") through its online store at www.wizyguides.com. By placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Sale Terms without reservation. These Sale Terms are subject to change at any time; the applicable version is the one in effect at the date of your order.

2. Products
WizyGuides sells digital guides in PDF format. The essential characteristics of each guide are described on its product page. Product images, covers, and previews are for illustration purposes only and may slightly differ depending on your device settings. We reserve the right to modify our product catalog, descriptions, and prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and applicable regulations. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed. Promotional offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the site and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Ordering
To place an order, you must add the desired product(s) to your cart, follow the checkout process, and submit payment. The order constitutes an offer to purchase. WizyGuides reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. The contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may refuse any order in case of non-payment, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or any other legitimate reason. If your order is not accepted, any payment received will be refunded promptly.

5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods indicated at checkout. All transactions are secured through our payment service provider (Shopify Payments and/or third-party gateways). By providing your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

6. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased guide(s). A download link will be shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided. Delivery is digital only; no physical product will be shipped. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by your internet connection, email provider, or technical issues beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Because our products are digital content supplied by immediate download, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins upon delivery. You acknowledge that, by initiating the download, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal you may otherwise have.
Refunds may only be granted in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy: notably defective files, wrong product delivered, or duplicate purchase. Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to contact@wizyguides.com.

8. License and Use
When you purchase a guide, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the digital file for your own private purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the guide without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

9. Intellectual Property
All guides, text, images, logos, and other content remain the exclusive property of WizyGuides or its licensors. These Sale Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license described in Section 8.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our guides are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no warranties as to specific results from following the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WizyGuides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of our guides, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is strictly limited to the price paid for that specific guide.

11. Personal Data
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and applicable data protection laws. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing your order, delivering your purchase, and complying with our legal obligations.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Sale Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. For consumers residing in the European Union, this does not affect the mandatory protections granted under their local law, which remain applicable where they cannot be derogated from by agreement.
