1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of WizyGuides digital products through wizyguides.com.
WizyGuides sells digital PDF guides designed to help readers understand defined practical questions.
In these Terms, “WizyGuides”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the WizyGuides store. “You” and “Customer” refer to the person making a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Digital Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to the version in effect on the date of your order.

3. Digital Products
All WizyGuides products are digital PDF guides.
No physical product will be shipped.
The main characteristics of each guide, including its title, description, price, available sample pages and included practical tools, are presented on the relevant product page before purchase.
Product covers, mockups and sample images are provided for illustration and product-preview purposes. Their appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings or browser used by the customer.
We may update future product descriptions, covers, guides, prices or catalogue availability where necessary. The product description and price displayed at the time of checkout apply to the purchase.
4. Prices, Taxes and Promotions
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.
The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST or similar charges, may be calculated at checkout where required by applicable law.
Promotions, discounts and bundle offers may be available for a limited period. Any specific terms displayed with a promotion apply to that promotion.

5. Orders and Payment
To place an order, you must select the product or products you wish to purchase, complete checkout and submit payment using a payment method available at checkout.
You confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and WizyGuides provides an order confirmation or makes the purchased digital product available.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in the event of a pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, product unavailability or legal requirement.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
6. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased PDF guide or guides.
Your download link is available from the order confirmation page. A download email is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Each purchase includes one download.
Please download and save your file after purchase.
You are responsible for saving the purchased file on your personal device or secure storage.
If you cannot download or open your file, receive the wrong guide or experience a technical delivery issue, contact contact@wizyguides.com. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every WizyGuides purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, whether or not you have downloaded the guide.
To request a refund, contact contact@wizyguides.com and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and the name of the purchased guide or bundle.
You may share feedback about your purchase, but feedback is not required to request a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that may apply under the law where you live.
8. Personal-Use Licence
When you purchase a WizyGuides product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to download and use the purchased PDF guide for your own private use.
You may:
- Download and save the purchased PDF.
- Read the guide on your personal devices.
- Print the guide or practical worksheets for your own personal use.
- Refer to the guide again for your own private use.
You may not:
- Share the PDF, download link or purchased file with another person.
- Upload the guide to a cloud drive, website, marketplace, social-media platform, course platform, forum or file-sharing service where it can be accessed by others.
- Resell, distribute, redistribute, rent, sublicense, transfer or commercially exploit the guide.
- Copy substantial portions of the guide into another guide, e-book, course, article, website, newsletter, social post or competing product.
- Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from the guide for distribution or commercial use.
- Remove copyright, licence, source, logo or ownership notices.
- Use WizyGuides content to train, fine-tune or build a commercial AI model, dataset or competing product without prior written permission.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright or any other intellectual-property right to you.
9. Intellectual Property
WizyGuides owns or licenses its original content, including its digital guides, worksheets, original written content, guide structure, visual design, product descriptions, logos, graphics and website copy.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The research papers, external institutions, author names, third-party trademarks and sources referred to in WizyGuides materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
10. Educational Information and Limits
WizyGuides products are educational resources. They do not provide personalised advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, coaching, legal representation, tax planning, investment advice or professional consultation.
Depending on the guide, WizyGuides content does not replace medical, veterinary, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, parenting or other qualified professional advice.
